> The rest of the Pictures from my USA tour in April... <

Just been totally majorLy busy since I got back, so didn't have time to get these uploaded etc... here's the first batch...

These 1st 2 are from Cleveland - which was a realllly good show - totally packed and a really good crowd, very much into the electro stuff too which is always a plus. i think there are some more pictures online I'll go and find for ya in a bit...

This was in CHicago - look out for my mate Gary 'Goggles' with his mighty eskimo glasses. Totally outdid me in the Robo-shades there.

These are from Buzz - always amazing - in fact the first club i ever played in America - and one of my favourite spots, for lots of reasons - crowd always big and appreciative, loads of great kids round there, and all the people involved in the club are so nice and fun to hang out with, it like a special clubbing family party every time... heheh. Had an especially fab time at this one - it was a themed night - as a Homecoming PRoM!! That's why we are all dressed in suits - and those ladies had even bigger hair than me! Simon from buzz had a wikkid kinda 'Ducky' from 'Pretty in Pink' outfit going on...

> More Pics from Cleveland, Ohio <

I pinched these from www.troutsoup.com - hope they don't mind...

This guy interviewed me before the show - with a comedy shirt he only revealed after I'd been waxing on about how great it was to have my tracks on the new Oakenfold CD etc...

> More Pictures from America <

The Morning after Buzz. From total mentalness to the calm spacestation-ness of whatever airport that was. I remember having a fabulous espresso there tho, one of those tiny cuban ones, really sorted me out. Nice. Oh, and those guys were really annoying, bellowing on about nothing really loudly in what was an otherwise very chilled and peaceful space. Anyway, I think i was too hungover and tired out to really care.

I think this was in Minneapolis - unfortunately I didnt really get many other pictures that night, but it was really good - there was a cool afterparty later too - which i dont normally bother with, but pretty muich everyone from the club ended up there - I got on the decks and did a special 80s set for 45 minutes, Michael Jackson smashed it as usual...

I don't remember taking this one, was on teh way back from teh afterparty i think - still covered in dodgy 80s makup I went in there and got some sandwiches, i think...

The last night of the Tour, in Rochester, NY - lots of lovely ladies about, oh, and we did some wikkid pool sharking. Those 2 ladiesss were dancing up on a table right next to me the whole way through... was pretty hard to concentrate!

> Jason Donovan comes to Maidenhead!! WooT wOOt <

The day i got back from America - found out that the mighty JASON DONOVAN was playing in Maidenhead, erm, at my favourite place... CHicago Rock Cafe... Yeah... Well it takes something special to lure me into that hellhole - and Jason Donovan was certainly that... In fact, the first vinyl record i ever bought was his '10 good reasons album' so I dug it out, still in MINT condition, and took it down for humour value, and to get it signed. Steve and Nicky came out too, so I wasn't alone in my embarrasment, and to help fend off the drunkmonkeys and local sexpest drunk divorcee-types. Anyway, Jase was on form, did a good show, except for singing the theme tune to "Home and Away" which was pretty random, since he was in Neighbours, in fact at the time it seemed really pretty DarK, like he was making fun of everyone for singing along and not realising till the end that it was for the other show - especially dark since everyone was cheering for him loads, no booing or heckkkling - but anyway... So yeah, it was great fun adn i got my record signed, but he kept my special sharpie, which i ususally reserve for my own boobie-signing. Shame, but at least it went to a good home

> Extreme gardening etc <

So I signed up with a personal trainer a few weeks ago, when i got back from USA - thought it was about time i really sorted out my fitness and what I eat etc - these long periods away, travelling aren't too good for me, and I must admit, had been getting really bored jsut going to the gym not feeling like I was achieving much. Anyway, its been goign really well, doign lots of mad stuff, boxing, circuits, strange free weights while balancing on swiss balls, oh and using some EviL thing called the 'tornado ball' - a weighty big rubber ball on the end off some rope, and you have to swing it around your head, or bounce it off walls behind you and all sorts - i nearly died the first time I used it! Have really cut down on carbs, just to try to speed up teh process - No bread, no pasta, no potatoes. ArG. I really miss my morning toast with a passion, but have been making interesting omlets instead.

So yeahhh, last few weeks have been cool - played in Poland, Slovakia and Switzerland, all were ace gigs and a lot of fun. Got a G5 for the studio a few weeks back so took a couple of days to get that up adn running for music purposes, but its rokkkin now - good old Robbie came over and helped instal everything with the proper updates etc, in half the time i woudl have managed. Did a really cool remix of Robbie Craig track last week too - a good summer tune, nice and soulful, adn madddd vocals.

apart from that I've just been keeping on top of the album promotion stuff adn dealing with my many mounds of admin. never ending. Oh, adn sorting out my garden! Yesterday totally smashed it - was soooo overgrown, like my own junglistic jungle. I got a hardcore strimmer out, big bad petrol jobbie, and levelled the lot. gona go out there and finish it later on!

> in:transit etc etc <

Have had a horrendously busy week - nothing very scandalous though.

So, the MICROSITE FOR THE ALBUM is here!!! http://www.intransit-johnb.com

Have a look there for all the info about my new album, sound clips galore.

Been working on the Heaven 17 remix this week too, its shaping up lovely - shoudl be done by the end of the weekend hopefully.

Finished the Robbie Craig remix too - will post up a link later.

Also got everything sorted for the Beta Webstore - its all up and running now, you can order things and it all works - www.beta-store.com. The graphic design, general 'look' will change in a few days - but the guts and all remain the same. Have also been workign on my main Beta Recordings Website - have added a lot of functions and totally redesigned the look on that too - its all hot pinks and PunkyElectrostyle now - should be all updated next week, am jsut changing nameservers and all that jazz, dodgy internet things.

Been keeping on it with the personal training - had a couple of heavy sessions this week, lots of weights this time, and some serious running. Counterakted by my activites on Thursday night though.... Went to a fab night called "Kashpoint" up in london, on a boat - veryvery glam and scandalous - loads of fabulous looking people in amazing clothes, drag queens, top tunes of all descriptions, and lots of wine. There was someone in a Burkah - made out of bright red sequins, boy scouts, japanese schoolgirls, some drunk frenchman with his own bottle of bacardi and a superman balaclava mask, all sorts. Had a great time and good to do soemthign differenT.

Oh, and i found a couple of mad pictures on friendsreunted.com - from when i was 7 or 8, at Primary school... Chegggitout, see if you can spot which one is me...
